Outdoor Education Registration & Pricing Information

Registration Requirements

The group must provide one adult sponsor for each 8 students. For overnight groups, the adult sponsor is to be of the same sex as the campers represented. The adult sponsor must be 18 years or older. It is the responsibility of the group to perform and to keep on file as permanent record for all adult sponsors 1.) a current criminal background check, and 2.) a sex offender background check.

All persons participating in the Outdoor Learning Center program must complete a HLOLC medical/liability release form. Participants 18 and younger must have this form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Day Trip

Additional Fees

For every 8 students - 1 adult is complimentary. Additional adults are charged as participants
HLOLC Certified Facilitator(s): $15 per hour, per facilitator.
Instructional fees and supplies are determined by Course selection.
Curriculum journal designed for selected courses: $2.00 per copy
Meals are $6.50 per person for non-participant guest.
Pricing for snacks and recognition awards are available upon request.
Pricing for large meeting location(s) are available upon request.
